Placing, changing and paying for an order — payment methods, Afterpay instalments, discount codes and order edits.
What payment methods do you accept?
All major credit cards, PayPal, Afterpay, Interac e-Transfer, Western Union, bank transfers, cashier's cheques and money orders. Orders paid by cheque or money order are not processed until payment is received.
Can I pay in installments? (Afterpay)
Yes. Afterpay splits your order into four interest-free payments taken every two weeks — on an $800 kit that's 4 × $200. Select Afterpay at checkout. You need to be 18+, with a valid card and a US or Canadian mobile number.
How do I apply promo/discount codes?
Enter your code in the Discount Code field at checkout and click Apply. One code per order, and codes cannot be applied after an order is placed. Military, first responder, healthcare and senior discounts are verified separately.
Can I edit or add anything to my order?
Orders cannot be modified after they are placed. For address corrections, email support immediately. To add items, place a second order and send us both order numbers right away so we can try to combine the shipments.
I ordered on Amazon, eBay, or Walmart — how do I get support?
Returns, cancellations and tracking for marketplace orders go through that marketplace. Technical questions on fitment, installation and torque specs come straight to us — just include your marketplace order ID.
