We have vendors who sell genuine XOTIC PERFORMANCE™ parts on Amazon, eBay and Walmart. Same parts, same engineering, same lifetime fastener warranty — but the order admin is handled differently.
Handled by the marketplace
Go through Amazon, eBay or Walmart for:
- Order tracking and delivery issues
- Cancellations and order changes
- Returns and refunds
- Billing and payment questions
Their return windows, refund timing and cancellation rules apply — not the policies published here. Start from your order page in that marketplace account.
Come straight to us
Email [email protected] (Mon–Fri, 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM EST) for:
- Fitment confirmation for your vehicle
- Installation questions and torque specifications
- Replacement instruction sheets
- Missing or damaged hardware within a kit
- Warranty claims on a manufacturing defect
Include your marketplace order ID, the SKU or part number, and your year, make, engine and displacement so we can help on the first reply.
Warranty on marketplace purchases
Our limited lifetime fastener warranty applies to the original purchaser. Register your kit within 30 days of purchase at xotic-performance.com/pages/warranty-registration using the serial number in the box.
One caution
Buy from the official XOTIC PERFORMANCE™ storefront on each marketplace. Third-party resellers and counterfeit fasteners are a real problem in this industry, and a stud that is not ours is not covered by our warranty. If you are unsure whether a listing is genuine, send us the link and we will confirm.
