Orders can be cancelled within 2 hours of being placed.

We ship fast — in-stock items leave our facility within 1–2 business days, and picking often starts the same day — so the cancellation window is short by design. The sooner you reach us, the better the odds.

How to cancel

Email [email protected] with your order number and the word Cancel in the subject line. 

You will receive a confirmation once the cancellation is processed. Refunds go back to your original payment method.

If your order has already shipped

We cannot recall a package once it is with the carrier. You can still return it under our standard return policy: within 30 days from the date of purchase, unused, in the original packaging with tags intact.

Please do not refuse the delivery — accept the package and start a return through our returns centre so we can track it properly.

Changed your mind about the part, not the order?

If you ordered the wrong kit for your engine, an exchange is usually faster than a cancel-and-reorder. Email us your order number along with your year, make, engine and displacement, and we will sort out the right part for you.
