Cancellations must be requested within 2 hours of placing your order. Move quickly — in-stock items are picked and shipped fast.
Steps
- Email [email protected].
- Put Cancel — order #[your order number] in the subject line so it is triaged immediately.
- Include the email address used on the order.
What happens next
We will confirm by email once the cancellation is processed and refund your original payment method. Depending on your bank, the refund can take a few business days to appear on your statement.
If we can't cancel in time
If the order has already shipped, we will send you the tracking number and you can return it under our standard return policy — within 30 days from the date of purchase, unused and in the original packaging.
Please accept the delivery rather than refusing it. Refused packages are harder to trace and slow down your refund.
