Yes. We ship anywhere in Canada, the United States, and internationally, using live rate comparison across all major carriers and freight companies to get you the best available price.
International rates
Rates are grouped by region and shown at checkout. As a guide, for packages up to 9 kg:
- Mexico and the Caribbean: Standard (7–21 days) or Standard Fast (3–7 days)
- Europe, Asia, Australia, New Zealand and the Middle East: Standard (7–21 days) or Standard Fast (3–7 days)
- Rest of world: Standard (7–21 days) or Standard Fast (3–7 days)
Your exact rate is calculated from your address and package weight at checkout. Heavier orders — a full main stud kit plus tooling, for example — may price differently.
Carriers
Depending on your destination we ship with DHL, UPS, FedEx, Canada Post, USPS, Air Canada Cargo, Day & Ross and other partners.
Import duties, taxes and customs fees
Our shipping rates cover transport only. Any import duties, taxes, VAT/GST or customs brokerage fees charged by the destination country are set by that country and are payable by the recipient. Amounts vary widely — check with your local customs authority if you want an estimate before ordering.
Customs clearance can also add days to transit that are outside our control and not reflected in the estimates above.
Free shipping
Our free shipping offer on orders over $100 applies to the USA and Canada only. International orders are charged the applicable regional rate.
Returns from outside North America
International returns follow the same policy — 30 days from the date of purchase, unused and in the original packaging. Start the request through our returns centre and wait for approval before shipping anything back, so we can give you the correct return address and paperwork.
